Who rents from us

Families who need a bigger car for a trip than the one they own. Anyone whose own car is booked in for service for a few days.

Before you rent

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. Bring the card in your name that paid for the booking.

If you have no auto policy and no card benefit, the CarmaCars Protection Plan is the third option, priced in your offer. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.

Request, offer, keys

Booking is by request, never instant. You send the car and the dates, and a person at CarmaCars reviews it. Next comes our offer, with the confirmed car and every charge on one page. Pay when you approve, not a minute before.

Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. A single booking can run up to 365 days. For longer, it renews month after month. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.
