Before a long drive, check the daily kilometres on the car's page. If the plan includes a border crossing, ask in your request: it needs our written consent.

Where we hand over the car

A car can be brought to you in Huddle, roughly 176 km from our location in Toronto. Delivery and return pickup are priced in your offer, by distance.

Self pickup at our Toronto location has no fee. Either way, we hand the car over in person, check your licence and card, and walk around it with you. We meet travellers at Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport with the car, no queue involved.

What you get

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. If plans change before you approve the offer, nothing is charged. You see the price before you pay, and a person confirms every booking.

The booking steps

Every rental begins with a request from you. It costs nothing and it does not hold the car. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. Payment happens only after you accept the offer.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. Short trips and long stays use the same request; the rate follows the length. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.

What to have ready

We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. Your licence and the card you paid with come with you to the pickup.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.
