This page is for Intake, but CarmaCars rents from Toronto. Here is the plain answer. One thing to know: Rent by the day, the week or up to 365 days at a time. Drivers 18 and older with an Ontario G2 or G licence can rent. Our team reads every request; there is no automatic booking.

Where CarmaCars works

Plainly: we do not have a location in Intake. CarmaCars is a Toronto company. Intake lies about 1,992 km from central Toronto, well beyond our 80 km delivery area.

Back from Intake and landing at Toronto Pearson? We can meet you there with a car. Tell us in your request that you plan to drive outside Ontario; it needs our written consent. Write to us with the dates and the place, and we will give you a straight answer. Every rate on this site is in Canadian dollars.

Why CarmaCars

Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. A person reads each request and answers it, by email and in your account. Rent by the day, by the week, or up to 365 days at a time.

Who rents from us

Anyone who needs a car for a few days without owning one. Visitors, locals between cars, families on a trip and people who need a second car for a while.

How it works

Booking starts online: pick the car, set the times, and send the request at no cost. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. The longer the booking, the lower the rate a day tends to be. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.

The rules, briefly

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

Third-party liability is part of every rate, and damage to the car is handled by OPCF 27, a card benefit or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.

Your move

A request takes a few minutes and puts a real offer in front of you.
