Who it is for

People with family in town who need a second car for a while. People whose car is in the shop, people visiting family, and people trying a model before they buy.

Worth knowing

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. The deposit is never taken when you book, only shortly before pickup. Rates are before 13% HST, and the offer shows the tax too.

Before you rent

Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

If you have no auto policy and no card benefit, the CarmaCars Protection Plan is the third option, priced in your offer. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.

How renting with us works

Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. A person checks the request and sends you an offer with the full price. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.
