Driver requirements

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. We need to see the card and the licence of the person renting.

Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.

How booking works

The first step is a free request: which car, which dates, and how you want to get it. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. Rent for a day, a week or up to 365 days in one booking. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.
