What to expect

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. The same team handles your request, your handover and your questions. Requests are read in order and answered by a person.

What to bring

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Expect a deposit before every rental; its amount is set by the car. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.

Requesting a car

It begins with your request, sent online in a few minutes, with no payment. Back comes an offer you can read at your own pace, with every charge on it. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

Every car has its own daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rate. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.

Send a request

Choose a car above and send a request. A person replies with an offer, and you pay only if you approve it.
