Car Rental in Jersey, BC

Car Rental in Jersey

People search for car rental in Jersey and find us. Here is how we can help from Toronto. What this means: Rent by the day, the week or up to 365 days at a time. Drivers 18 and older with an Ontario G2 or G licence can rent. Requests are answered by a person, by email and in your account.

What we cover

Plainly: we do not have a location in Jersey. CarmaCars is a Toronto company. Jersey is about 2,938 km from our location, and our delivery area is about 250 km.

Visiting Toronto from Jersey? We can meet you with a car when you arrive. Tell us in your request that you plan to drive outside Ontario; it needs our written consent. We would rather tell you no than overpromise, so ask about Jersey if you like. Our prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax.

The useful parts

Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. You do not need to visit a branch: everything starts online. Rates are set per car, so you can choose by budget.

Who this suits

Drivers who want to try a different kind of car for a week. People whose plans changed and need a car on short notice.

What to have ready

We rent to drivers aged 18 and up who hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. The checks are the same for everyone: licence, identity and the agreement.

Your booking, in three steps

Your part at the start is short: choose a car and dates and send a free request. We look at the request and send back an offer with the price for your exact dates. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

Open a car to see its photos, rates, deposit and kilometres included. The longer the booking, the lower the rate a day tends to be. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.

Your move

Look through the cars, choose one, and send a request when it suits you.
