Reasons people rent from us

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Questions are answered by people who know the cars. Your offer lists every charge, so the price you approve is the price you pay.

Request, offer, keys

Your part at the start is short: choose a car and dates and send a free request. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. From one day to 365, a single booking covers it. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.

Before pickup

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. We need to see the card and the licence of the person renting.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits differ by car. Each car's page shows its amount. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.
