The useful parts

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. One small team handles your request from start to finish. A person reads each request and answers it, by email and in your account.

Who rents from us

Drivers who want to try a different kind of car for a week. Anyone who needs a car for a few days without owning one.

The booking steps

Pick the car and the dates that suit you, then send a request. There is no payment at that point. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.

What you need to rent

Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. Bring the card in your name that paid for the booking.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.
