Car Rental in Krypton, KY

Krypton: renting made simple

This page is for Krypton, but CarmaCars rents from Toronto. Here is the plain answer. In short: Rent by the day, the week or up to 365 days at a time. Drivers 18 and older with an Ontario G2 or G licence can rent. There is no instant booking: every request is read by a person.

The useful parts

Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. The same team handles your request, your handover and your questions. Requests are read in order and answered by a person.

Typical renters

Anyone whose own car is booked in for service for a few days. People whose plans changed and need a car on short notice.

The rules, briefly

At pickup you must be 18 or older and carry your original G2 or G licence. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.

The steps

You start by asking: a car, a start time, an end time. Asking is free. Back comes an offer you can read at your own pace, with every charge on it. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

Each car shows its rate for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.
