Common reasons to rent

Anyone whose own car is booked in for service for a few days. People whose car is in the shop, people visiting family, and people trying a model before they buy.

Why people choose us

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. You rent the car shown, with its own photos and price. Your offer lists every charge, so the price you approve is the price you pay.

Requirements

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.

From request to keys

It begins with your request, sent online in a few minutes, with no payment. Back comes an offer you can read at your own pace, with every charge on it. Offers stay open for 24 hours. Approve one and pay to book the car.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

Still deciding?

Choose a car above and send a request. A person replies with an offer, and you pay only if you approve it.
