Pick the car and the dates that suit you, then send a request. There is no payment at that point. We send the offer to your account and your email, with the total shown. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.

Renting: the basics

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. We need to see the card and the licence of the person renting.

Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.
