The details that matter

Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Your offer lists every charge, so the price you approve is the price you pay. If plans change before you approve the offer, nothing is charged.

Your booking, in three steps

Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. Next comes our offer, with the confirmed car and every charge on one page. You pay only once you approve the offer.

Each car shows its rate for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month. The monthly rate covers a booking of up to 365 days. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.

Checking your details

Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. If any driver is under 26, a young driver fee is added for each day. We need to see the card and the licence of the person renting.

Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.
