The details that matter

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. If plans change before you approve the offer, nothing is charged. Questions are answered by people who know the cars.

How booking works

Tell us the car and the dates in a request. There is no fee for asking. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.

Driver requirements

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.

One more step

Send a request with your dates, and we will come back with an offer.
