The useful parts

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. Your offer lists every charge, so the price you approve is the price you pay. You see the price before you pay, and a person confirms every booking.

Typical renters

Families who need a bigger car for a trip than the one they own. Anyone between a car sale and a car purchase.

Before you rent

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held before each rental; the amount is on the car's page. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.

How booking works

Choose a car, set the pickup and return times, and send the request. You pay nothing to ask. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.

Compare cars side by side by opening their pages. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.
