Who it is for

People with family in town who need a second car for a while. Anyone between a car sale and a car purchase.

What you get

You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. The deposit is never taken when you book, only shortly before pickup. Every booking has a signed agreement in your account.

Requesting a car

You ask for the car online with your dates, and nothing is charged to send it. Someone on our team confirms the car is free for those dates and sends you an offer with every charge listed. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.

What you need to rent

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. Under 26? You can rent, with a daily young driver fee shown on the car's page. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is priced in your offer by car and driver age, as one of three options for damage to the car. Deposits differ by car. Each car's page shows its amount. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.
