Who rents from us

Anyone between a car sale and a car purchase. Visitors, locals between cars, families on a trip and people who need a second car for a while.

What makes this simple

Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. We answer questions before you book, not only after. You can rent again later with the same account and details.

What we need from you

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

If your own policy has OPCF 27 or your card covers rental cars, use that; otherwise add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.

From request to keys

Booking is by request, never instant. You send the car and the dates, and a person at CarmaCars reviews it. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. Pay when you approve, not a minute before.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. Longer trips cost less a day: the weekly rate starts at 7 days. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.

Over to you

Request a car, read the offer, and decide. That is the whole process.
