Requirements

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.

How booking works

You begin by requesting a car for your dates; the request is free. We confirm and price it, and the offer arrives in your account and by email. Pay when you approve, not a minute before.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.
