Common reasons to rent

Visitors, locals between cars, families on a trip and people who need a second car for a while. Drivers who want to try a different kind of car for a week.

From your dates to the handover

A request is free and takes a few minutes: the car, your dates, and pickup or delivery. You get an offer that says exactly what the rental costs before tax. You pay when you approve, and only then.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. Longer trips cost less a day: the weekly rate starts at 7 days. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.

Rules for renters

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Expect a deposit before every rental; its amount is set by the car. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.
