What to expect

You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Your offer lists every charge, so the price you approve is the price you pay. There is no app to install: everything works in your browser.

Who rents this way

Families who need a bigger car for a trip than the one they own. Visitors, locals between cars, families on a trip and people who need a second car for a while.

Booking made plain

Send the request with your dates first; no money changes hands at that stage. A person checks the request and sends you an offer with the full price. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.

Compare cars side by side by opening their pages. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.

Driver requirements

Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. Under 26? You can rent, with a daily young driver fee shown on the car's page. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.
