Luup Alternative for Rideshare Drivers in Devils Corner, MI

Luup Alternative for Rideshare Drivers: Devils Corner

CarmaCars is a rental company in Toronto. For Devils Corner, our help starts there. How it works: A car for Uber, Lyft or delivery work, rented from CarmaCars directly. Tell us when you book. Weekly and monthly rates first: trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and one booking runs up to 365 days and renews. Luup, Uber and Lyft are named only to describe what you compared and the work; CarmaCars is not affiliated with, approved or endorsed by any of them. Our matching cars start at $50 a day before tax.

Before you plan

Everything CarmaCars does starts from Toronto, and we have no presence in Devils Corner. About 620 km in a straight line separate Devils Corner from our location in Toronto; our delivery stops at about 250 km.

For a drive from Toronto, a car from us works, with the kilometres priced on each car's page. Because Devils Corner is outside Ontario, the trip needs our written consent first. If you need a car in Devils Corner itself, send a request and we will tell you honestly whether we can help. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

What to expect

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Your offer lists every charge, so the price you approve is the price you pay. The offer is in writing, so you can check it before you agree.

Good fits

People whose plans changed and need a car on short notice. Visitors, locals between cars, families on a trip and people who need a second car for a while.

How booking works

Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. Next comes our offer, with the confirmed car and every charge on one page. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

Compare cars side by side by opening their pages. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.

Licence, age and card

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.

When you know your dates
