Luup Alternative for Rideshare Drivers in Devon, MT

Renting in Devon

This page is for Devon, but CarmaCars rents from Toronto. Here is the plain answer. The key point: A car for Uber, Lyft or delivery work, rented from CarmaCars directly. Tell us when you book. Weekly and monthly rates first: trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and one booking runs up to 365 days and renews. Luup, Uber and Lyft are named only to describe what you compared and the work; CarmaCars is not affiliated with, approved or endorsed by any of them. Rent by the day, the week, or up to 365 days in one booking.

Our area, and Devon

Plainly: we do not have a location in Devon. CarmaCars is a Toronto company. Devon is about 2,518 km from our location in Toronto in a straight line, beyond the 250 km we deliver to.

Visiting Toronto from Devon? We can meet you with a car when you arrive. A border crossing needs our written consent in advance; ask in your request. We would rather tell you no than overpromise, so ask about Devon if you like. Our prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax.

What makes this simple

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. The deposit is never taken when you book, only shortly before pickup. We answer questions before you book, not only after.

Who rents this way

Anyone between a car sale and a car purchase. Anyone who needs a car for a few days without owning one.

How booking works

You ask for the car you want for the dates you need. The request itself is free. We reply with an offer for the car and the dates, priced in full. The car is yours for those dates once you approve and pay the offer.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.

Driver requirements

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

If you have no auto policy and no card benefit, the CarmaCars Protection Plan is the third option, priced in your offer. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. The checks are the same for everyone: licence, identity and the agreement.
