Luup Alternative for Rideshare Drivers in Diffin, MI

About renting in Diffin

This page is for Diffin, but CarmaCars rents from Toronto. Here is the plain answer. Here is the short version: A car for Uber, Lyft or delivery work, rented from CarmaCars directly. Tell us when you book. Weekly and monthly rates first: trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and one booking runs up to 365 days and renews. Luup, Uber and Lyft are named only to describe what you compared and the work; CarmaCars is not affiliated with, approved or endorsed by any of them. The offer shows the full price before you pay anything.

Where CarmaCars works

You will not find a CarmaCars location in Diffin; we work from Toronto. Our deliveries stop at about 250 km from Toronto; Diffin is roughly 669 km away.

For a drive from Toronto, a car from us works, with the kilometres priced on each car's page. A rental can leave Ontario only with our written consent, agreed before you go. We would rather tell you no than overpromise, so ask about Diffin if you like. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Reasons people rent from us

You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. Rates are before 13% HST, and the offer shows the tax too. Requests are read in order and answered by a person.

Who rents this way

Anyone whose own car is booked in for service for a few days. People with family in town who need a second car for a while.

The rules, briefly

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is separate from the rental price and is returned after the rental. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.

Booking, step by step

Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. Next comes our offer, with the confirmed car and every charge on one page. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. Requests for later the same day work when there are at least 2 hours to spare.
