Driver basics

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. There is no maximum age. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee each day. We need to see the card and the licence of the person renting.

You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Expect a deposit before every rental; its amount is set by the car. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.

How it works

You begin by requesting a car for your dates; the request is free. A person checks the request and sends you an offer with the full price. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.

Make a request

A request costs nothing, and the offer tells you everything.
