Luup Alternative for Rideshare Drivers in Gresham, SC

Your car in Gresham

Searching for Luup alternative in Gresham? Here is the honest picture from CarmaCars, a Toronto rental company. In short: A car for Uber, Lyft or delivery work, rented from CarmaCars directly. Tell us when you book. Weekly and monthly rates first: trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and one booking runs up to 365 days and renews. Luup, Uber and Lyft are named only to describe what you compared and the work; CarmaCars is not affiliated with, approved or endorsed by any of them. Nothing is charged until we confirm the car and the price and you approve.

Reach and distance

We have one location, in Toronto, and none in Gresham. Our delivery reaches about 250 km from Toronto, and Gresham is about 1,093 km away.

Visiting Toronto from Gresham? We can meet you with a car when you arrive. Our cars can leave Ontario only with written consent from us, arranged before the trip. If you still want to ask about Gresham, send a request; we would rather say no than overpromise. Our prices are in Canadian dollars, with tax added in the offer.

Reasons people rent from us

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. A person reads each request and answers it, by email and in your account. Each car has its own page with photos of that car, not a stock image of a category.

Who rents this way

People whose car is in the shop, people visiting family, and people trying a model before they buy. People with family in town who need a second car for a while.

Licence, age and card

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. We need to see the card and the licence of the person renting.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.

Booking, step by step

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. We send the offer to your account and your email, with the total shown. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. Longer trips cost less a day: the weekly rate starts at 7 days. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.

One more step

The next step is yours: send a request whenever you are ready.
