How a booking comes together

Your part at the start is short: choose a car and dates and send a free request. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.

Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. Short trips and long stays use the same request; the rate follows the length. Book ahead if you can; 2 hours is the shortest notice we take.

The rules, briefly

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.

Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.
