What to expect

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. The request is free, so you can ask without committing. Prices are shown car by car, and the offer lists every charge.

Requirements

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.

Requesting a car

You ask for the car online with your dates, and nothing is charged to send it. An offer follows, with the car we confirm and the full price for your dates. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.

Talk to a person

Ask for the car, read the offer, approve it if it suits you.
