Worth knowing

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Every booking has a signed agreement in your account. A person reads each request and answers it, by email and in your account.

Request, offer, keys

Pick the car and the dates that suit you, then send a request. There is no payment at that point. We reply with an offer for the car and the dates, priced in full. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. Stay as long as you need: up to 365 days a booking, then renew. Requests for later the same day work when there are at least 2 hours to spare.

What you need to rent

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.
