Why CarmaCars

Requirements

You must be 18 or older and hold a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.

How renting with us works

A booking with us starts as a request that you send without paying. Our team answers with an offer: the confirmed car, the dates and the full price. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. Short trips and long stays use the same request; the rate follows the length. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

Talk to a person

Request a car, read the offer, and decide. That is the whole process.
