What you get

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. We answer questions before you book, not only after. The same team handles your request, your handover and your questions.

How to book

It begins with your request, sent online in a few minutes, with no payment. We reply with an offer for the car and the dates, priced in full. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. Short trips and long stays use the same request; the rate follows the length. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.

Before you rent

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.
