What is different here

Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. A person reads each request and answers it, by email and in your account. You can rent again later with the same account and details.

When it makes sense

Anyone whose own car is booked in for service for a few days. Locals who do not keep a car in the city but need one now and then.

Who can rent

Renters must be at least 18 and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Expect a deposit before every rental; its amount is set by the car. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.

How renting with us works

Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.

When you know your dates
