Car Rental in Malibu, BC

Cars for Malibu

This page is for Malibu, but CarmaCars rents from Toronto. Here is the plain answer. The details: Rent by the day, the week or up to 365 days at a time. Drivers 18 and older with an Ontario G2 or G licence can rent. Each car lists its rates for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month.

What we can do for Malibu

CarmaCars has a single location, in Toronto. Malibu is outside the area we serve. About 3,404 km from our location in Toronto, Malibu is too far for our delivery area of about 250 km.

Visiting Toronto from Malibu? We can meet you with a car when you arrive. Taking a car out of Ontario needs our written consent before the trip, so ask in your request. We would rather tell you no than overpromise, so ask about Malibu if you like. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

The useful parts

Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. Your bookings, receipts and agreements are in your account. Questions are answered by people who know the cars.

Who it is for

People with family in town who need a second car for a while. Anyone who needs a car for a few days without owning one.

What to have ready

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

If you have no auto policy and no card benefit, the CarmaCars Protection Plan is the third option, priced in your offer. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.

What happens when you ask for a car

A booking with us starts as a request that you send without paying. Our team answers with an offer: the confirmed car, the dates and the full price. The car is yours for those dates once you approve and pay the offer.

Every car has its own daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rate. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.

Still deciding?

Ready? Request the car. If you change your mind before approving the offer, nothing is charged.
