What to expect

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Rent by the day, by the week, or up to 365 days at a time. Rates are before 13% HST, and the offer shows the tax too.

What we ask of drivers

Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.

From your dates to the handover

Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. Rent for a day, a week or up to 365 days in one booking. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.
