Car Rental in McCray

If you need a rental car in McCray, read this first: CarmaCars works from Toronto. One thing to know: Rent by the day, the week or up to 365 days at a time. Drivers 18 and older with an Ontario G2 or G licence can rent. Each car lists the kilometres included each day.

Our area

To be clear: CarmaCars rents cars in the Toronto area, not in McCray. The distance is about 843 km in a straight line, more than our delivery area of 250 km.

For a road trip to McCray, pick a car here and check its daily kilometres first. Crossing the border with a rental from us needs our written consent before the trip. If you need a car in McCray itself, send a request and we will tell you honestly whether we can help. Every rate on this site is in Canadian dollars.

When it makes sense

Families who need a bigger car for a trip than the one they own. Anyone who needs a car for a few days without owning one.

What you get

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Your bookings, receipts and agreements are in your account. Rates are before 13% HST, and the offer shows the tax too.

What to expect when you book

Requests come first at CarmaCars. You name the car and the dates, and we take it from there. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. Payment happens only after you accept the offer.

Compare cars side by side by opening their pages. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

Who can rent

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.

You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.
