Car Rental in Meadows, MB

Your rental in Meadows

Car Rental in Meadows: CarmaCars is a Toronto company, so here is what we can and cannot do. For this kind of rental: Rent by the day, the week or up to 365 days at a time. Drivers 18 and older with an Ontario G2 or G licence can rent. Each car lists the kilometres included each day.

Honest about distance

To be clear: CarmaCars rents cars in the Toronto area, not in Meadows. Meadows lies about 1,552 km from our location in Toronto, well beyond our 250 km delivery area.

Visiting Toronto from Meadows? We can meet you with a car when you arrive. A rental can leave Ontario only with our written consent, agreed before you go. If you still want to ask about Meadows, send a request; we would rather say no than overpromise. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Why this way of renting

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. You choose the exact car, not a category with "or similar". A request is free and commits you to nothing.

Getting around Meadows

Neighbouring areas include Pigeon Lake, Maxwell Hutterite Colony and Barickman Hutterite Colony.

It is about 29 km from Meadows to Winnipeg J. A. Richardson International Airport.

Who it is for

Anyone whose own car is booked in for service for a few days. People whose car is in the shop, people visiting family, and people trying a model before they buy.

The steps

The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.

Before you rent

We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.
