Send a request with what you need in Middlebrook, and we reply plainly, even when the answer is no. Every price here is in Canadian dollars.

The useful parts

Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Your bookings, receipts and agreements are in your account. Prices are shown car by car, and the offer lists every charge.

Who it is for

Anyone whose own car is booked in for service for a few days. People with family in town who need a second car for a while.

What happens when you ask for a car

Pick the car and the dates that suit you, then send a request. There is no payment at that point. We look at the request and send back an offer with the price for your exact dates. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.

What to bring

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.
