The details that matter

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Each car has its own page with photos of that car, not a stock image of a category. One small team handles your request from start to finish.

Who this suits

Families who need a bigger car for a trip than the one they own. Anyone whose own car is booked in for service for a few days.

From request to keys

Requests are free: choose a car, add your dates, and send it. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

The car pages show each car's rates, deposit and kilometres included. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.

Who qualifies

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Third-party liability is part of every rate, and damage to the car is handled by OPCF 27, a card benefit or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.
