What we need from you

Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.

From request to keys

Pick the car and the dates that suit you, then send a request. There is no payment at that point. Someone on our team confirms the car is free for those dates and sends you an offer with every charge listed. You pay only once you approve the offer.

Every car has its own daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rate. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.
