Reasons people rent from us

You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Requests are read in order and answered by a person. The request is free, so you can ask without committing.

Typical renters

Locals who do not keep a car in the city but need one now and then. Families who need a bigger car for a trip than the one they own.

Getting the car booked

Tell us the car and the dates in a request. There is no fee for asking. The offer we send lists the car we confirm and the full price. You pay when you approve, and only then.

The car pages show each car's rates, deposit and kilometres included. A week or more is priced at the weekly rate, from 7 days. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.

Licence, age and card

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. We need to see the card and the licence of the person renting.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.

Your move

Tell us your dates and where you want the car, and we will do the rest.
