What CarmaCars covers

We have one location, in Toronto, and none in Mora. Mora is about 1,825 km from our location in Toronto in a straight line, beyond the 250 km we deliver to.

Most trips to Mora start with a flight; if yours starts in Toronto, we can cover the car at this end. Crossing the border with a rental from us needs our written consent before the trip. For anything about Mora, a request reaches a person who answers honestly. Every price here is in Canadian dollars.

Worth knowing

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. The deposit is never taken when you book, only shortly before pickup. Every booking has a signed agreement in your account.

When it makes sense

Drivers who want to try a different kind of car for a week. Anyone between a car sale and a car purchase.

Who can rent

We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.

How a booking comes together

All you send at first is a request with the car and the dates, and it is free. The reply is an offer you can read in full before you decide anything. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. A week or more is priced at the weekly rate, from 7 days. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.
