The short answer for Morrison

Straight answer: there is no CarmaCars location in Morrison. We rent from Toronto. About 774 km in a straight line separate Morrison from central Toronto; our delivery stops at about 80 km.

What we can do: rent you a car in Toronto for the trip, with the kilometres you need. Taking a car out of Ontario needs our written consent before the trip, so ask in your request. Tell us what you are planning in Morrison, and we will say what we can and cannot do. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

What makes this simple

Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. You do not need to visit a branch: everything starts online. A person reads each request and answers it, by email and in your account.

When it makes sense

Visitors, locals between cars, families on a trip and people who need a second car for a while. Anyone between a car sale and a car purchase.

Who can rent

Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.

Booking made plain

You start by asking: a car, a start time, an end time. Asking is free. A real person reviews your request and sends an offer with the price spelled out. Your card is charged only when you approve the offer.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. Rent for a day, a week or up to 365 days in one booking. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.

Send a request

Request a car, read the offer, and decide. That is the whole process.
