When it makes sense

Anyone between a car sale and a car purchase. Visitors, locals between cars, families on a trip and people who need a second car for a while.

The useful parts

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. We answer questions before you book, not only after. Rent by the day, by the week, or up to 365 days at a time.

Your request, our offer, your keys

Nothing to pay up front: the first step is simply a request. An offer follows, with the car we confirm and the full price for your dates. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. Rent for a day, a week or up to 365 days in one booking. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.

What to bring

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

Still deciding?

Request a car, read the offer, and decide. That is the whole process.
