What you get

Who rents from us

Before you rent

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. Under 26? You can rent, with a daily young driver fee shown on the car's page. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.

Requesting a car

Requests come first at CarmaCars. You name the car and the dates, and we take it from there. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. A week or more is priced at the weekly rate, from 7 days. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.
