Why people choose us

You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. One small team handles your request from start to finish. A person reads each request and answers it, by email and in your account.

The steps

Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. A person replies with an offer priced for your dates, not an estimate. You pay when you approve, and only then.

Every car lists its own deposit and the kilometres included each day. From one day to 365, a single booking covers it. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.

Rules for renters

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.

Still deciding?
