Reasons people rent from us

You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. If plans change before you approve the offer, nothing is charged. The offer is in writing, so you can check it before you agree.

From your dates to the handover

All you send at first is a request with the car and the dates, and it is free. The offer we send lists the car we confirm and the full price. Approve the offer to book the car. That is the moment you pay, not before.

Every car lists its own deposit and the kilometres included each day. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.

What you need to rent

Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.

Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.
