Common reasons to rent

Visitors, locals between cars, families on a trip and people who need a second car for a while. Families who need a bigger car for a trip than the one they own.

Rules for renters

You must be 18 or older and hold a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is priced in your offer by car and driver age, as one of three options for damage to the car. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.

How renting with us works

To book, you request the car for your dates. There is no charge to send it and no obligation. The offer we send lists the car we confirm and the full price. When you approve the offer and pay, the car is booked for you.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. Rent for a day, a week or up to 365 days in one booking. Last-minute plans are fine with at least 2 hours of notice.
