Where we work

Everything CarmaCars does starts from Toronto, and we have no presence in Pacific. Pacific is about 3,455 km from our location in Toronto in a straight line, beyond the 250 km we deliver to.

Most trips to Pacific start with a flight; if yours starts in Toronto, we can cover the car at this end. Driving out of Ontario is possible only with our written consent, given before the trip. Unsure? Send a request about Pacific, and we answer plainly. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Why rent with us in Pacific

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. We answer questions before you book, not only after. Questions are answered by people who know the cars.

Good fits

People with family in town who need a second car for a while. Anyone between a car sale and a car purchase.

Checking your details

We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. There is no maximum age. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee each day. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.

Booking in plain terms

Nothing to pay up front: the first step is simply a request. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. You pay when you approve, and only then.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.
