Before pickup

We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is separate from the rental price and is returned after the rental. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

Booking, step by step

You ask for the car you want for the dates you need. The request itself is free. The reply is an offer you can read in full before you decide anything. Offers stay open for 24 hours. Approve one and pay to book the car.

Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Requests for later the same day work when there are at least 2 hours to spare.
