The rules, briefly

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. At the handover we check your licence and the card in your name.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.

Your request, our offer, your keys

Requests come first at CarmaCars. You name the car and the dates, and we take it from there. We confirm the details and send an offer. It lists the rental, any delivery and any add-ons. Approve the offer to book the car. That is the moment you pay, not before.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. From one day to 365, a single booking covers it. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.
