What is different here

Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. The offer is in writing, so you can check it before you agree. You choose the exact car, not a category with "or similar".

Request, offer, keys

The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. A person checks the request and sends you an offer with the full price. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.

What we need from you

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.

When you know your dates

Ask for the car, read the offer, approve it if it suits you.
